Shipping and Returns
Which countries/areas do you deliver to?

We currently only ship within Sweden. In 2026 we will expand to the rest of the Nordic region and Germany.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on where you live.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer affordable delivery via DHL:

  • DHL ServicePoint39 SEK (You pick up your package at the nearest agent)
  • Free shipping (to DHL ServicePoint) on orders over 999 SEK.
  • DHL Home Delivery99 SEK (Delivery is made directly to your door on weekdays)
Can I track my order?

Yes!
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account in the store to track the delivery and see the current order status.

What do I do if my delivery is late or doesn't show up?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via the form at the bottom of the page and we will help you track the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards via PayPal, Klarna and other secure payment options. For your security, we never save your payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To keep our prices low, we use an automated ordering system that quickly processes your order. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot change or stop an order after it has been placed.

Of course, you always have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal - read more about how it works in our returns policy .

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards – perfect as a gift for someone who is curious about starting to grow at home!

How does it work?

The gift card works as a value code and is used directly at checkout. The recipient chooses the color, seeds, accessories and possible plant lighting – and designs their own GrowInCube™ in our configurator.

The gift card can be used to pay for all or part of an order.

Delivery:

The gift card is sent digitally via email – either to you, or directly to the recipient. You can also add a personal greeting if you wish.

Validity:

18 months from date of purchase. Unused balance remains and can be used on the next purchase, until the end of the validity period

GrowInCube™ – product information
What warranty applies to GrowInCube™?

GrowInCube™ 4C and 9C are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by external influences, such as weather or improper use.

The product can be used outdoors, but should be protected from moisture and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

What types of plants can I grow with GrowInCube™?

Two models – same base

GrowInCube™ is available in two models that share the same foundation: the same grow box and capillary system. The difference lies in the lids and pots, which means that each model is optimized for a specific application.

1. GrowInCube™ Compact 4C

For regular indoor growing of herbs, leafy greens and the like. 4C is suitable for those who want to grow directly at home, all year round, with flexible choices of color, lighting and accessories.

2. GrowInCube™Compact 9C

For seed sowing and pre-cultivation during late winter and early spring. 9C is used when you want to grow seedlings from seed – for example tomato, chilli, pepper or jalapeño – and then transplant them into larger pots for further cultivation outdoors or in a greenhouse later in the season.

  • The same basic system makes it possible to switch between models with our upgrade kits. You can start with 4C for regular cultivation and then upgrade to 9C if you want to start seeding, or vice versa depending on the season and needs.

How do I clean the GrowInCube™?

Wipe with a damp cloth if necessary and avoid strong cleaning agents. For more thorough cleaning, use lukewarm water and dishwashing liquid.

NOTE: The product is not dishwasher safe.

The capillary mat is cleaned in lukewarm water, if necessary with a small splash of vinegar.

How does self-watering work?

Our grow boxes use a capillary mat system that allows the plants to absorb just the right amount of water from the built-in reservoir. This keeps the soil just right for up to 7 days – without the risk of overwatering.

This is especially important because traditional irrigation methods often result in the roots remaining wet and at risk of rotting.

Can I use my own soil and seeds with GrowInCube™?

You can of course use your own soil and seeds – but with our growing kit (optional) you know it works.

Thanks to extensive testing, we have developed a soil mixture that is optimized for each seed variety you choose.

Depending on what you want to grow, the soil contains different proportions of potting soil, seeding soil, perlite and Leca beads – all to provide the right density, moisture balance and oxygenation. Different seeds thrive in different types of soil, and our goal is to make it easy for you to succeed without having to guess.

How does the optional LED grow light work?

GrowInCube™ uses LED plant lighting adapted for indoor cultivation. Our lights have been tested together with GrowInCube™ in a controlled environment – ​​even without daylight – with good results in both regular cultivation and seed sowing (pre-cultivation).

You can choose between two power levels depending on your needs:

  • 10 W – works as a complement for seed sowing and indoor cultivation when GrowInCube™ is placed in direct sunlight by a window.
  • 24 W – highest light capacity for stable and powerful growth, even without access to sunlight. Can also be used for two GrowInCube boxes.

All lamps are CE marked and equipped with flexible goosenecks , built-in timer , adjustable brightness and strong clamp mount that fits surfaces, approximately 1–5 cm thick.

🍅 🌶️ For sowing seeds of light-requiring plants such as tomatoes and chilies , 24 W is recommended, especially during the dark season or if direct sunlight is lacking.

Is GrowInCube™ made of sustainable and safe materials?

Yes. GrowInCube™ is made of durable and safe materials.

We use PETG – a food-safe, BPA-free and very durable plastic material that can withstand years of use and is recyclable in about 50% of Swedish municipalities. Unlike cheap plastic, it does not crack and contains no metals or harmful surface treatments.

All manufacturing is done locally in Sweden with 100% hydropower and less than 1% production waste thanks to additive manufacturing. This makes GrowInCube™ a conscious choice both for the environment and for you as the user.

Do you offer spare parts?

Yes. GrowInCube™ is modular, so parts can be replaced instead of the entire box. We offer new lids, pots and capillary mats, among other things.
