1. Översikt
Välkommen till GrowInCube™ – en del av EdgeRex AB (org.nr 559498-6597).
Termerna ”vi”, ”oss” och ”vår” avser GrowInCube™/EdgeRex AB. Vi driver denna webbshop via Shopify och erbjuder dig våra produkter och tjänster (”Tjänsterna”).
Genom att använda vår webbplats eller genomföra ett köp godkänner du dessa villkor.
2. Åtkomst och konto
För att handla måste du vara 18 år och folkbokförd i Sverige. Du ansvarar själv för att den information du lämnar vid beställning är korrekt och uppdaterad.
3. Produkter och beställningar
Vi gör vårt bästa för att beskriva och visa våra produkter korrekt, men utseende (t.ex. färgnyanser) kan variera beroende på skärm och enhetsinställningar.
Våra produkter tillverkas med additiv tillverkning. Det innebär att vi producerar exakt det som behövs – utan massproduktion, utan överlager och med minimalt spill. Processen ger varje produkt en egen unik struktur och yta, vilket är en naturlig del av tekniken. Små variationer är därför ett tecken på ett resurssmart tillverkningssätt och bidrar till produktens unika karaktär.
En beställning är bindande först när vi har bekräftat den och mottagit betalning.
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att avböja eller annullera en beställning, t.ex. vid tekniska fel, felaktiga priser eller slut i lager.
4. Priser och betalning
Alla priser anges i SEK inklusive moms. Eventuella fraktkostnader redovisas innan köp slutförs. Vi accepterar betalning via Shopify Payments, Klarna och andra angivna alternativ i kassan. Du är skyldig att uppge korrekta betalningsuppgifter.
5. Leverans
Vi använder logistikpartners som PostNord och DHL. Leveranstider anges som uppskattningar – vi kan inte garantera leverans inom viss tid. När varan har överlämnats till transportören övergår ansvaret till dig som kund.
6. Ångerrätt och returer
Som konsument har du enligt lag alltid 14 dagars ångerrätt från mottagandet av varan. Vi erbjuder 30 dagar för din trygghet.

7. Garanti och reklamation
Alla produkter i GrowInCube™-serien omfattas av 3 års garanti mot material- och tillverkningsfel. Reklamationsrätten gäller i 3 år enligt konsumentköplagen.
Garantin täcker inte normalt slitage, felaktig användning eller väderexponering.
8. Immateriella rättigheter
Alla varumärken, texter, bilder, design och övrigt innehåll på webbplatsen tillhör EdgeRex AB eller dess licensgivare och är skyddade av upphovsrätt, varumärkesrätt och mönsterskydd. Obehörig användning är förbjuden.
9. Ansvarsbegränsning
Vi ansvarar inte för indirekta skador, följdskador eller förluster som uppstår i samband med användning av våra produkter, utöver vad som följer av tvingande lag.
10. Tvistelösning
Vi följer Allmänna reklamationsnämndens (ARN) beslut.
11. Ändringar
Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor. Senaste versionen publiceras alltid på vår webbplats.

1. Overview
Welcome to GrowInCube™ – part of EdgeRex AB (company reg. no. 559498-6597).
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GrowInCube™/EdgeRex AB. We operate this online store via Shopify and provide our products and services (“Services”) to you.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our Services.
2. Access and account
To purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Sweden. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering is accurate and up to date.
3. Products and orders
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but appearance (such as color shades) may vary depending on your device and settings.
Our products are made using additive manufacturing (3D printing). This means we produce only what is needed – without mass production, without surplus stock, and with minimal waste. The process gives each product its own unique texture and surface, which is a natural part of the technique. Minor variations are a sign of a resource-efficient production method and add to the product’s unique character.
By placing an order, you make a purchase offer. An order is binding only when we have confirmed it and received payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, for example in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing or out of stock.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Klarna and other methods available at checkout. You must provide accurate and valid payment information.
5. Delivery
We use logistics partners such as PostNord and DHL. Delivery times are estimates only – we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, responsibility passes to you.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you always have 14 days right of withdrawal under EU law. We extend this to 30 days for your convenience.

7. Warranty and complaints
All products in the GrowInCube™ series include a 3-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects. The statutory right to complain (3 years) also applies under Swedish consumer law.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or weather exposure.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, texts, images, design and other content on the website belong to EdgeRex AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark law and design protection. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or losses related to the use of our products, except as required by mandatory law.
10. Dispute resolution
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version is always published on our website.
